The NeuroAffirming SLP provides educational information, free resources, professional learning materials, and interactive tools for parents, caregivers, speech-language pathologists, and other pediatric professionals.
This website is not a clinical portal, medical-record system, client intake system, or emergency service. Please do not submit protected health information, client records, or information that identifies a child, client, or family.

The Compass processes your selected answers within your browser to generate a result.
Your Compass answers may be temporarily stored in your browser's session storage so you can move between steps and receive your result.
Compass answers are not currently:
- Transmitted to The NeuroAffirming SLP
- Stored in a client profile
- Saved in an external database
- Added to your email subscriber record
- Used to make clinical or diagnostic decisions
- Shared with advertisers
Session-storage information is designed to remain within the current browser session or tab. Closing the applicable browser session or clearing browser data may remove it.
Do not enter identifying information about a child or family into the Compass.
3. How We Use Information

- Deliver a resource you requested
- Add you to the parent or professional email audience you selected
- Send relevant emails, product information, launch announcements, or professional resources
- Respond to questions and requests
- Administer professional pilots or feedback opportunities

4. Email Communications and Flodesk
The NeuroAffirming SLP uses Flodesk to provide email signup forms, organize subscribers, and send email communications.
When you submit a Flodesk form, information such as your name, email address, audience selection, and form source may be processed and stored by Flodesk on our behalf.
Subscribers may be organized into separate groups or segments, such as:
- Parent subscribers
- Professional subscribers
- Product waitlists
- Pilot participants
- Resource-download subscribers
This allows us to send information that is more relevant to the reason you subscribed.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link included in an email.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily prevent us from sending a necessary administrative response to a direct request, purchase, account issue, or other service-related matter.
Flodesk maintains its own privacy and security practices, which apply when it processes information through its services.
6. Analytics
The NeuroAffirming SLP website does not currently use active behavioral analytics or advertising-tracking tools.
If analytics are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain:
- Which analytics provider is used
- What information is collected
- Why it is collected
- Whether cookies are involved
- What choices are available to visitors
Sensitive clinical information, Compass answers, and future Toolkit prompts should not be included in analytics events.
7. Google Fonts
The website currently uses Google Fonts to display its typography.
When your browser requests font files from Google, Google may receive technical request information, such as:

- The requested font file
- Date and time information
Google processes this information under its own privacy practices.
The NeuroAffirming SLP does not use Google Fonts to collect clinical information or create client profiles.

14. Future Conversation Toolkit
The Conversation Toolkit Generator is currently presented as a product preview and is not yet operating as a live artificial-intelligence tool.
The current website does not collect or process Toolkit scenarios through an AI provider.
Before live Toolkit generation is enabled, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain:
- What information the Toolkit processes
- Whether prompts are transmitted to an AI provider
- Which provider or providers are involved
- Whether prompts or outputs are stored
- How long information is retained
- Whether information is used to improve models
- What security and deletion options apply

The live Toolkit should not be used to submit identifiable client information.
15. Payments and Purchases
The Compass is available as a one-time paid purchase. Checkout is handled by Flodesk Checkout, a third-party payment provider, not by this website directly.
Payment-card details are not collected or stored by The NeuroAffirming SLP directly. They are entered and processed through Flodesk Checkout and its payment processor.
If additional paid products, subscriptions, or memberships are introduced with a different payment or account provider, this Privacy Policy will be updated to identify it.
The payment provider may collect:

- Billing address
- Payment method
- Transaction information
- Tax-related information
The payment provider's own privacy and security practices will apply to the information it processes.
